Dehydration is our citrus-gose. Brewed with lemon and yuzu puree & zest, which have been added during several steps of the the brewing process, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. A refreshingly citrusy beer with a satisfying balance of tartness and pleasant mineral tones in the true gose style.
