Wild Sour ale 5,5% VOL
Malt base is rye, that gives to beer lovely brownish orange color.
Bold acidic flavors origin from local lingonberries and summery spruce tips. Wild and forest flavor notes are present in aroma and in flavors.
Flanders red flavors are well presented, strong balsamico and red wine vinegar, wet leather accompanied by little Estonian twist from black bread crust. Lingonberry skin and bitter sourness and spruce tip flavors are strongly in aftertaste.
